Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that the Appellant had already filed an appeal bearing CRL.A. 1015/2012, and due to an inadvertent error, the present appeal has been filed. It is further submitted that CRL.A. 1015/2012 has already been decided vide order dated 29th July, 2025.

Learned Counsel for the Appellant further seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal.
