% 22.08.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably and, therefore, FIR No. 343/2006 under Sections 452/506 IPC registered at PS Mayur Vihar Phase I on the complaint of respondent no.2, may be quashed. Respondent no.2 (complainant) is present in the Court and has been identified by SI Bangali Babu PS Mayur Vihar Phase I. She admits having settled the matter with the petitioner of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and that she has no objection in case FIR is quashed.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between petitioner and respondent no.2, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 343/2006

under Section 452/506/34 IPC registered at PS Mayur Vihar Phase I and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
