% 08.02.2019 CRL.M.A. 48354/2018 During the pendency of this petition, the petitioner has expired. Applicant 'Mohd. Mustaq' is one of the legal heirs of the petitioner Sharmeela Begum and he seeks impleadment in this case to pursue the petition of late Sharmeela Begum.
Other legal heirs have issued no objection certificate which is placed on record. In the no objection certificate, they have stated that their elder brother namely Mohd. Mustaq wants to pursue the matter as the petitioner's legal heirs and they have no objection to the same. Accordingly, applicant Mustaq is impleaded as petitioner's legal heir
and is permitted to pursue the petition.
Application is disposed of.
