O R D E R

During the course of the hearing, both the parties present in Court with their respective counsels have agree to settle this matter with the assistance of Mr. Rajat Aneja, learned counsel present in Court for Rs.1,80,000/- in full and final settlement of all the claims of the respondent. 2.

Mr. Thomas Mathew, respondent No.2 and proprietor of petitioner No.1 undertakes to pay a sum of Rs.1,80,000/- to the respondent within a period of four weeks from today. The respondent present in Court along with counsel agrees to accept Rs.1,80,000/- from the petitioners in full and final settlement of all his claims towards compensation, interest, penalty, etc.

Learned counsels for both the parties submit that the case be listed before Registrar after four weeks for compliance of this settlement. The writ petition and the pending application are disposed of in terms of the settlement between the parties.

List for compliance before the Registrar on 6th January, 2017 when the petitioner shall make the payment of Rs.1,80,000/- to the respondent by means of a demand draft.

The record of the Commissioner, Employees' Compensation be sent back along with the copy of this order and receipt of Rs.1,80,000/- to be paid by the petitioners to the respondent whereupon the Commissioner, Employees Compensation shall close the matter and the parties need not to appear after the payment of Rs.1,80,000/- in terms of this settlement. 6.

Copy of this order be given dasti to learned counsels for the parties. J.R. MIDHA, J.
