% 22.03.2018 Respondent nos. 2 and 3 are present in Court and have been identified by ASI Kuldeep Singh of police station Fatehpur Beri. They submit that they have settled their disputes with the petitioners before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Saket Courts, New Delhi on 21st April, 2015 of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. They submit that they have no objection in case FIR No. 71/2013 under Sections 448/506/34 IPC registered at police station Fatehpur Beri is quashed. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR

and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.

Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
