No.9489 /2017 Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in the decree sheet as prepared, the following khasra nos. have not been mentioned, namely, Khasra No.27/12, 13(4-12), 14(2-2), 17(0-1), 18(0-2) Learned counsel for the respondent does not dispute that the decree passed by this court relates to the aforesaid khasra nos. since it is in respect of the same khasras that the learned ADJ has passed the award. In view of the aforesaid, the decree sheet is directed to be amended so as to indicate the aforesaid khasra nos.
