CM No.30098/2018 (delay) This is an application filed by appellant seeking condonation of delay in filing the appeal.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned.

CM No.30096/2018 (stay) Learned counsel for the appellant does not press this application. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as not pressed. MAT.APP.(F.C.) 177/2018 Counsel for the appellant submits that the Family Court has fixed the maintenance on the basis that the appellant would be earning the minimum wages i.e. Rs.16,172/- per month. He seeks leave of the Court to seek review of

the impugned order in view of the fact that the notification on the basis of which the Family Court has fixed the maintenance for Rs.8,000/- per month has been quashed by the High Court.

In view of the above submission, the present appeal is dismissed. Leave as prayed, is granted. It would also be open to the appellant to raise such grounds if available in accordance with law.
