% 24.01.2017 During the course of hearing, respondent and petitioner have settled their disputes amicably. Respondent has offered `50,000/- to the petitioner towards all his dues involved in the cheque in question. This offer has been accepted by the petitioner.

Accordingly, respondent's counsel has paid `50,000/- in cash to the petitioner, who is present in Court. In view of the settlement, present petition has not been pressed and the same is disposed of accordingly.
