O R D E R

% 13.04.2017 Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Priyanka, P.S. Mehrauli. Respondent no. 2 submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioners of his own free will and without any undue force, coercion and pressure vide Annexure P-5. He admits having received the entire settled amount.

Respondent no. 2 further submits that he has no objection in case FIR is quashed.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 2447/2014 under Section 406 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 registered

at Police Station Mehrauli, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.

Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
