2. It is directed that a Sole Arbitrator shall be appointed under the aegis of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre („DAC‟) to adjudicate the dispute between the parties.

3. The Petitioner will appear before the DAC on 21st February, 2017 at 11:00 am for further steps in this regard.
