Learned counsel for the petitioner/ landlord, appearing through video conferencing, submits that the parties have settled the disputes inter se themselves and the respondent/ tenant has already handed over the physical, peaceful and vacant possession of the subject premises on 11.12.2025 to the petitioner/ landlord.

As such, since the present petition has become infructuous and there is nothing remaining therein, the present petition is disposed of in view of the decisions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in N.C. Daga vs. Inder Mohan Singh Rana [2003(1) SCC 453] and Vinod Kumar Verma vs. Manmohan Verma & Anr. [Civil Appeal Nos.5220-5221 of 2008, order dated 19.08.2008].
