% 09.08.2016 Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 submits that as per his instructions no seat is available in New Delhi in the programme Masters of Design even under the NRI quota.

In view of the fact that the petitioner only wanted a seat in New Delhi and that no seat is now available, the petition has become infructuous.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
