Present

application has been filed seeking clarification/modification of the order dated 15th September, 2015 to the extent that the same shall not come in the way of the University of Delhi appointing retired teachers as Members of the Selection Committee.

Since in the present case, the respondent no.3, without prejudice to its rights and contentions, has already given an undertaking that the said respondent would not participate in any selection process in which the petitioner is an applicant, this Court is of the view that the petitioner's concerns have been adequately taken

care of.

Consequently, paragraph 4 of the order dated 15th September, 2015 which records the statement of learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 & 2 that "there is no provision for involving retired professors" in any selection process is deleted.

With the aforesaid modification, the present applications stands disposed of.
