% 11.10.2018 The petitioner is aggrieved by what he perceives a glacial pace in the investigation of his complaint which is now registered as FIR No. 36/2017 at Police Station R.K. Puram under sections 420/197/198/34 IPC. Mr. Ranbir Singh Kundu, the learned counsel for the State submits that efforts are underway and he expects investigation to be completed within the next six weeks. Let the matter be brought to the notice of the DCP concerned.

The petition is disposed off accordingly.
