% 29.10.2018 Mr.Raj Kumar enters appearance on behalf of the liquidator appointed by the National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi for the respondent company in (IB)-160(ND)/2017 titled M/s. Levon Valves Pvt. Ltd. v. Energo Engineering Projects Ltd. He submits that by the order dated 21.08.2018 the respondent company has been directed to proceed for liquidation and a liquidator has been appointed. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise its claim before the liquidator.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Dasti.
