IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI

+ CS(OS) 3820/2014 & IA No.24969/2014 AMENITY EDUCATION & SERVICES PVT LTD ..... Plaintiff Through None versus SURENDER PAL SINGH ..... Defendant Through None

CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE HIMA KOHLI

O R D E R

% 09.08.2016 1.

None is present on behalf of the parties. A perusal of the order sheets reveals that none was present on behalf of the plaintiff even on the last two dates of hearing.

2.

On 26.2.2016, counsels for the parties had jointly stated that the parties had arrived at an amicable settlement vide Settlement Agreement dated 18.1.2016. Counsel for the plaintiff had stated that in view of the said settlement, he proposed to withdraw the suit. Thereafter, counsel for the plaintiff has stopped appearing in the case, perhaps for the reason that the parties have already arrived at a settlement. 3.

Be that as it may, the suit is dismissed in default and for nonprosecution, along with the pending application. HIMA KOHLI, J AUGUST 09, 2016 mk
