O R D E R

% 23.10.2017 On behalf of the petitioner has been submitted a copy of the Memorandum of Understanding dated 15.2.2017 stated to have been entered into between the petitioner and Ms. Preeti, stated former wife of the petitioner. Vide proceedings dated 20.2.2017 it has been submitted that the first motion petition has been signed and that the petitioner has also prepared a Demand Draft for the amount payable at the first motion stage.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 3.10.2017, the divorce has already been granted by the Family Court, Dwarka and that the matter has been completely resolved between the parties. It is also submitted that the petition of seeking quashing of the FIR would soon be filed.

The State, in the facts and circumstances, does not oppose the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner seeking grant of anticipatory

bail.

Taking into account the facts and circumstances put forth, the applicant in the event of arrest is allowed to be released on bail on his furnishing a bail bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court with a direction that he shall not leave the country without the permission of the Trial Court.

The petition is disposed of.
