O R D E R

% 06.08.2018 Learned APP, on instructions of SI Sanjay of Police Station Harsh Vihar, says that closure report was filed in FIR No. 239/2016 under Sections 366/376/354/34 IPC registered at Police Station Harsh Vihar, which has already been accepted by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate on 3rd November, 2017. He further submits that respondent-State has no objection in case Lookout Circular is quashed, since closure report filed in the aforesaid FIR has been accepted by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate. Petition is allowed and Lookout Circular is quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
