% 02.08.2016 The petitioner states that he is a squatter at the side of shop No. 3, Mini Market, Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi. His additional submission is that he is protected under Section 3 (3) of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014.

On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent No. 1 has entered appearance. His submission is that although there are challans for the year 2006 up to 2011 qua the petitioner but after 2011 there no challans in favour of the petitioner and it is disputed fact that he has been squatting at the site after 2011. His submission is that a Town Vending Committee (TVC) qua respondent No. 1 has been

constituted. The petitioner may approach the TVC. Permission is accordingly granted to the petitioner to approach the TVC to get his grievances redressed.

No further orders are called for on this petition. It is disposed of.
