W.P.(C) 6755/2016 & C.M. No.27764/2016 Petitioner is stated to be vending near Mother Dairy, Sarojini Nagar Market, since the year 2001. To substantiate this submission challans of the years 2015 and 2016 have been placed on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is even protected under Section 3(3) of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014.
On advance notice learned counsel for the respondent no.1 has put in appearance. His submission is that since the Town Vending Committee (TVC) qua respondent no.1 has been constituted, this petition is not maintainable.
This petition is accordingly dismissed with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the TVC qua respondent no.1 who shall answer the grievance of the petitioner, if any. Order dasti under signatures of the Court Master. INDERMEET KAUR, J AUGUST 03, 2016 ndn
