Mr. Gulati, Learned counsel appearing for the appellant states, upon instructions, that the appellant having completed his entire substantive sentence as well as deposited the fine imposed upon him by the Trial Court, and having understood the consequences, does not wish to press the present appeal on merits.

The nominal roll of the appellant which is handed over and taken on record, shows that the appellant, having undergone his entire sentence and depositing the fine imposed by the learned Trial Court, was released on 18.05.2016.

In view of the aforesaid, the present appeal stands disposed of as not pressed.
