Petitioner No.1 present in Court along with her counsel seeks to challenge the relinquishment deed dated 02nd November, 2015 produced by the respondents.

Petitioner No.1 seeks permission to withdraw the I.P.A.31/2012 with liberty to file a fresh case to challenge the relinquishment deed dated 02nd November, 2015 along with the prayers made in this suit. 4.

The I.P.A.31/2012 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
