Issue notice. The learned counsel for the respondents accepts notice. 2.

The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:- "It is therefore most respectfully prayed to this Hon'ble High Court keeping in view of the facts and circumstances of the case this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other Writ like nature and thereby direct the Respondents :

a) To call the report alongwith the report and perused the same.

b) To direct the Respondents to remove the encroachment/unauthorized over the Government Road No. 3,8,15,24 and 35 situated in Khasra No. 527 Village Burari Delhi and Government Road No. 32 situated in Kamal Pur Majra Burari Delhi.

c) The departmental action may be directed against the dereliction of duties by the Respondents not following the Rules as per law."

According to the petitioner, the government road in question has been encroached upon. The respondents are directed to examine the aforesaid allegation and if found correct take the necessary action in accordance with law.

No further orders are required to be passed in this petition. The same is, accordingly, disposed of.
