During the course of arguments, both the parties have agreed that the petitioner shall withdraw the instant revision petition and the respondent nos.2 and 3 shall withdraw their civil cases bearing CS(OS) Nos.1715/2013 pending in this Court and CS Nos.77/2014 and 78/2014 pending in the Court of Ld. ADJ filed by them against the petitioner for damages arising out of the judgment dated 22.12.2010 in case FIR no.274/2001. This amicable settlement is restricted only to the present petition as well as three other suits filed by the respondent nos.2 and 3 and shall have no impact on the other litigation pending between the parties. It is without prejudice to their respective rights.

Learned counsel for the respondent states that he be permitted to move Trial Court for refund of court fee due to settlement of the said cases before this Court as permissible under law. 3.

Liberty is granted as available to the respondent no.2 and 3 as per law.

The said suits shall be withdrawn by the respondent nos.2and 3 on their respective dates.

In view of the above said amicable settlement, the revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Trial Court record (if any) be sent to the Trial Court immediately.
