% 18.04.2017 The learned Standing Counsel (Criminal) appearing for respondent no.1/State submits that the petitioners may give their telephonic contact numbers and their current residential address to the local police which is represented in the court by SI Karamvir Singh appearing for and on behalf of SHO PS Narela (respondent no.3) and that arrangements would be made for immediate help / assistance to be provided, as may be necessary, to ensure due protection and welfare of the petitioners, inter alia, by provision of the contact numbers of the local police officials including that of the beat official. The petitioners' counsel submits such arrangement would be satisfactory and that no further directions are pressed. W.P.(CRL) 1110/2017

The needful shall be done by both sides accordingly. The petition and the accompanying applications are disposed of accordingly.
