O R D E R

% 30.07.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegations of demand of dowry are not against the petitioner. No specific allegation of harassment except the bald statement that one day petitioner entered in the room of the deceased and beat her have been levelled. Even date of such incident has not been given. It is further submitted that husband of deceased has already been granted regular bail; whereas sister-in-law devarani and father-in-law have been granted anticipatory bail.

Learned APP submits that petitioner took the deceased from a Government hospital, that is, Harish Chandra Hospital to a private hospital in an ambulance as a result whereof deceased died midway. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that deceased had taken some poisonous substance and it is the petitioner, who had taken her to hospital.

Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J.
