% 11.07.2016 Present contempt petition had been filed on the ground that this Court's order dated 21st February, 2014 had not been complied with inasmuch as the petitioner's statutory appeal had not been disposed of despite the direction to the respondents to decide the same within 12 weeks.

Today, learned counsel for the respondents states that the petitioner's appeal has been disposed of vide order dated 21st April, 2015.

In view of the disposal of the said appeal, the present contempt petition is dismissed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 21st April, 2015 in accordance with law. Rights and contentions of all the parties are left open. MANMOHAN, J JULY 11, 2016 KA
