% 30.03.2017 The petitioners have been allotted separate family accommodations and they have vacated the respective quarters that have been occupied by them. The writ petition has become infractuous. Since no damages have yet been imposed, it is not necessary for us to go into the academic question whether the damages can be imposed or not. If and when damages are imposed, it will be open to the petitioners to challenge/contest the same.
