% 07.12.2017 After some hearing, the counsel for the appellant submits that she may be allowed to withdraw the appeal with pending application. The appeal and the pending application stand dismissed as withdrawn.

By order dated 26.11.2012, the appellant had been directed to deposit 50% of the awarded amount with up to date interest with the Tribunal. Vide order dated 18.01.2016, it is noted that the amount has already been released in favour of the claimants in terms of the said direction. By subsequent order dated 18.01.2016, the appellant was directed to deposit the balance amount with up to date interest with the Tribunal.

The awarded amount so deposited shall now be released with upto date interest to the claimant in terms of the impugned award.

The statutory amount shall be refunded to the appellant after proof of award having been satisfied is shown. R.K.GAUBA, J DECEMBER 07, 2017 srb
