CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANMOHAN
O R D E R
% 20.02.2018 I.A. 11467/2017 In pursuance to the last order, a valuation report has been filed. However, learned counsel for plaintiff rightly points out that the State has calculated the value of the 1/3rd of the property instead of 1/4th. It is pertinent to mention that by virtue of the decree dated 21st May, 2014, the share of the parties has been defined as 1/4th each in the property Municipal No.47, carved out of Plot No.15, Nangli Razapur, Sarai Kale Khan, New Delhi.
Consequently, on the basis of details mentioned in the valuation report in particular the rate of land and rate of construction. Registry is directed to calculate the value of 1/4th of the property and prepare the decree
sheet, within a period of four weeks.
Accordingly, present application stands disposed of. MANMOHAN, J FEBRUARY 20, 2018 js
