% 26.04.2016 The learned counsel for the petitioner had sought time, on 09.02.2016, to take instructions with regard to the filing of independent petitions in respect of each of the members of the petitioner's society. The learned counsel for the petitioner still does not have instructions.
In any event, we are of the view that each of the members of the petitioner Society would be having independent rights pertaining to the land in question and, therefore, the members of the petitioner society, if they so desire, may file independent petitions.
The present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the individual members of the petitioner society to prefer petitions in their own right. BADAR DURREZ AHMED, J SANJEEV SACHDEVA, J APRIL 26, 2016 'sn'
