In view of a preliminary objection taken by the respondent No. 1 - Bharat Scouts & Guides, with regard to the maintainability of this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take alternative remedies in accordance with the law. 2.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid. 3.

It is made clear that if the petitioner seeks any alternative remedies, she may apply for exclusion of the time spent in this Court under Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963.
