% 23.09.2016 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and admits that he has settled the matter with the petitioner.

He further admits that he has received the settled amount of `50,000/-. Respondent no.2 has been identified by SI Jasmer Singh PS Jahangir Puri. He submits that the FIR may be quashed. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, in the interest of justice, FIR No.194/2016 under Section 420 IPC registered at police station Jahangir Puri is quashed.
