This is an application filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 on behalf of the applicant-petitioner seeking following relief: "a) Clarification may be given in Judgement dated 27.03.2024 that principle amount include all pay and emoluments which is approx. Rs.50,000/- and not only Basic plus DA. b) Clarification may be given in Judgement dated 27.03.2024 that the interest on the principle amount must be charged from the date of non-payment till the date of final payment." 2.
