% 19.10.2016 IA No.12870/2016 and CS (OS) No.3275/2011 This is a joint application filed by the parties under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the CPC, inter alia, praying that the suit be decreed in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties. I am satisfied that the terms of the settlement are lawful. The suit of the plaintiff is accordingly decreed in terms of the settlement as recorded in paragraph No.2 of this application. Parties to bear their own costs.

Let a decree sheet be prepared. The present application shall form part of the decree.
