% 03.03.2016 After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing this petition on merits but he expresses apprehension that the trial may get delayed. He submits that the respondent on one pretext or the other is taking dates. Next date before the Trial Court is 11.4.2016 for crossexamination of PW-1. Learned counsel for the respondent undertakes and ensures this Court that cross-examination of PW-1 shall be concluded on that date and no adjournment shall be taken for the said purpose. Petitioner has two more witnesses to be examined in support of his case; per contra respondent has one witness to be examined in support of his stand. The Trial Court in this background shall endeavour to expedite the trial and preferably will dispose of the

petition within one year from today.
