% 29.11.2016 This is a petition filed under Section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking assistance of this Court to summon Mr. Priyank Mittal, DVO-I, Mumbai, Income Tax Department as a witness to depose before the Arbitral Tribunal on 15.02.2017 at 04:00 p.m. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also drawn the attention of this Court to an order dated 03.08.2016. By that order, the arbitrator permitted the petitioner to move the present application. The Registry shall issue summons to the aforesaid witness to appear before the Arbitral Tribunal at A-1, LGF, Nizamuddin East, New Delhi-110013 on 15.02.2017 at 04:00 p.m.

The petition is disposed of.
