% 01.03.2018 After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the application filed therewith as the petitioner reserves the right to move an application seeking an order under Order 12 Rule 6 CPC on the petition on the basis of admission of the first respondent in her part statement recorded on 11.09.2014.

The petition and the application filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn.

The petitioners may move an application as aforesaid subject to availability of such relief under the law.
