None for the petitioner. None was present at the first call. By the present petition, Deepika Pandey through her mother had sought a direction to the respondent to produce her in Court. Mr.Mehra submits that the petitioner had been detained by the Cyber Crime Cell, Pune. Subsequently, she was produced in the Court.

We may note that on the last date of hearing, Deepika Pandey had appeared and had sought an adjournment. The petition, in our view, has become
