% 05.08.2016 The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that despite specific direction issued in her favour passed in LPA No.740/2014 titled Meena Chatterjee vs. NDMC & Another, the said direction has not been complied with by the respondent.

The order dated 18th December 2014 be implemented by the respondent within two weeks. The submission of the respondent that in view of the promulgation of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014, further rights of the parties will be decided in accordance with the said Act is noted.

The petition is disposed of.
