Reply affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner to the affidavit filed by respondent. The same is taken on record. 2.

The petitioner seeks quashing of Complaint Case No.8927/1(new number - 4693127/2016), pending in the Court of Ms Charu Gupta, Metropolitan Magistrate, Mahila Court, Dwarka, New Delhi. 3.

The parties have settled their disputes.

The terms of Settlement were recorded on 24.10.2017.

Consequent thereto, the respective obligations have been performed.

The respondents have transferred their 50% share in the property CRL.M.C.3949/2008

being Villa No.320, Adarsh Palm Meadows, Phase-II, Whitefield Main Road, Airport Road, Ramagundahalli Village, Bangalore, Karnataka, in favour of the petitioner.

The entire balance sale consideration has been duly received and the demand drafts/cashier's cheques have been encahsed. 5.

Parties submit that all the terms, as agreed on 24.10.2017, are duly complied with. In addition, the sum of Rs.50,000/-, which was agreed to as the differential in exchange rate, was paid to respondent on 24.01.2018. 6.

Respondent, who is present in person in Court, confirms that the respective obligations have been duly performed. 7.

The original sale deed dated 18.01.18, which was retained in Court, in a sealed cover, has been duly handed over to counsel for the petitioner - Dr. H.P.Sharma, photocopy of the sale deed with the receipt executed by Dr H.P.Sharma is taken on record.

In view of the above, the subject Complaint Case No.8927/1(new number - 4693127/2016), pending in the Court of Ms Charu Gupta, Metropolitan Magistrate, Mahila Court, Dwarka, New Delhi, and the consequent proceedings arising therefrom are quashed. 9.
