% 31.08.2016 The learned counsel for the State of Jammu & Kashmir states that by an order dated 19th August, 2016, the petitioner has been accorded the 3rd (third) time bound promotion in terms of Government Order No. 517-HME of 1987 dated 19.10.1987 read with Government Order No. 14-HME of 1998 dated 09.01.1998. He submits, upon instructions, that money due to the petitioner shall be paid to her positively within six weeks from today. Should there be any infraction either in the quantum of money or period of payment, the respondent shall pay a cost of Rs.25,000/- to the petitioner for such default.
In view of the above, nothing survives in the writ petition, it is disposed off accordingly.
