% 04.08.2016 Learned counsel for the respondents challenges the jurisdiction of this Court to entertain this petition in view of the fact that General Security Guard Court established under the National Security Guard Act, 1986 ('the Act', for short) is situated in Manesar, Haryana. She further submits that petitioner has other alternative remedies under Section 113 of the Act read with Rule 162.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to take appropriate remedies as may be available to him.

Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
