% 14.02.2017 The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the suit pending before the trial court has been decreed. He also submits that against the said decree, the petitioners have already filed an appeal, which is pending adjudication. Hence, the present petition has become infructuous. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners confirms that an appeal has been filed before the trial court and some of the contentions raised in this petition have also been raised in the appeal. Noting above, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. All the pending applications are also dismissed.
