% 01.03.2017 Petitioners are parents and brothers of Ms. Sangeeta. Younger brother of father-in-law of Sangeeta committed suicide by hanging himself on a tree. Learned APP submits that suicide-note was recovered, wherein deceased has stated that he was committing suicide since he used to be threatened by Sangeeta and the petitioners herein that if he does not act as per the wishes of Sangeeta, he would be implicated in a false case of rape. Learned counsel for the petitioners has contended that Sangeeta has already been released on bail.
Deceased committed suicide on 4th June, 2015. Suicide-note was recovered on the same day. However, FIR has been registered after 21 days, that is, on 25th June, 2015. Petitioners have
participated in the investigations.
Opinion of the FSL has already been received from the FSL.
Petitioners are not required for any further investigation.
Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, subject to their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) each with one surety each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.
