% 07.01.2016 The plaintiff filed the suit for possession, declaration and injunction. The valuation of the suit is Rs.21 lac. In view of Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 and the order passed on 24th November, 2015, the suit is transferred to the jurisdiction of District Judge (South-West), Dwarka Courts, Delhi. Parties to appear before the concerned Court on 16th March, 2016. As there is no appearance on behalf of any of the parties or their respective counsel, the Registry to issue the Court notice, without process fee, to both the parties as well as their respective counsel for the next date for their appearance before the Transferee Court.
