% 03.03.2015 Matter was sent to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court giving an opportunity to both the parties to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement of their disputes. With the intervention of the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, the parties have settled all their pending disputes and have executed a Settlement Agreement dated 06.02.2015. The appellant is present in Court along with the counsel. The counsel for the respondent is also present. The appellant and the counsel for the respondent have identified the respective signatures in the Settlement Agreement dated 06.02.2015. This Settlement Agreement is also signed by the counsel representing them. This Settlement Agreement dated 06.02.2015 is proved on record as Ex. 1. As per this Settlement Agreement, both the parties have settled all their disputes and now no dispute of any nature survives between By:AMULYA
* i/ them. Counsel for the respondent states that both the parties shall be filing a joint petition for divorce within a period of seven days. While accepting the said Settlement Agreement dated 06.02.20 15 Ex. 1, we direct that both the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the said Settlement Agreement and they shall not deviate therefrom under any circumstance.
