% 16.09.2016 CM.APPL 33345/2016 in W.P.(C) 8653/2010 This application has been filed by the petitioner seeking correction of three typographical errors in the judgment dated 05.08.2016. Firstly, at page 1 of the judgment, the application number shall be read as CM.APPL 22005/2010 and not 22005/2015, secondly, in para 34 of the judgment in the third line, the word 'cannot' shall be read as 'can' and, thirdly, at the last page of the judgment in the first line, 'DRAT' shall be read as 'DRT'. The counsel for the respondent has no objection to the same. The three corrections shall be carried out accordingly.

The application is allowed.
