This winding up petition under Section 433 (e) read with Sections 434 and 439 of the Companies Act, 1956 was taken up on 13.01.2014 and yet, no Provisional Liquidator has been appointed by this Court.

Further, it has been urged by the learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 that there is no cause of action accrued against them and they have been wrongly impleaded in the present matter. 4.
