% 08.08.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner wants to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file a fresh application as and when required and further submitted that the court below be directed to complete the trial within a period of six months. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh bail application as per law.

The Trial Court shall examine the remaining witnesses as soon as possible.

The present bail application is disposed of.
